Well it still is Sunday

It was Sunday. Well it still is Sunday you might like to object.

I woke up around the time I could not remember but I am sure it was late afternoon. And I saw two mini pork belly packs in the kitchen. Without any doubts, my sis bought those. My sis was being Princess Snow White and still in her dream land. So, I was like " Okay. let's cook, Kyle. "

I thought of sharing how I cook Mini Pork Belly. Hahahaaa.....

Ingredients:
Red Onions, Tomatoes, Mini Pork Belly Cubes, Oil, Oyster Sauce, Salt, MSG, Fish Sauce

1. I started all with preparing Red Onions, Tomatoes and Mini Pork Belly Cubes.
2. Put oil in the pan and started the gas fire.
3. After 2 to 3 minutes ofcos, I put Red Onions and work on those Onions for another 2 to 3 mins. (with slow cooking heat)
4. I like Oyster Sauce in every dishes I cook. So, I put Oyster Sauce. And Stir for 3 to 4 minutes. I also put a bit ( very little - I don't lie ) of Chilli Powder. ( I dunno how to cook with chilli powder )
5. Tomatoes time. Work on Tomatoes for about 4 to 5 minutes. ( with slow cooking heat )
6. I then put mini pork belly cubes and mixed those up with tomatoes.
7. After 1 minute which of the previous process, I put a cup of water to have the pork well cooked. And I did it for 3 times. Each time of it would take about 7 minutes (pan covered and with fast cooking heat). At the first run, I put all the nice amount of Salt and Ajinomoto (Yea, I take MSG). At the third run, it was tomatoes gravy sauce tasting and I put some nice amount of Fish Sauce.


8. And here we go, I got my Mini Pork Belly Dish.
9. My Lunch!
Hahahah, I had fun cooking today. Have you cook any dishes lately? I guess not.
